ETS India is partnering with Credila to roll out the “TOEFL Super 50” powered by Credila (the “Contest”) to all Global Scholar Challenge participants from India (“the Participants”).
The proposed benefits to the Participants of the Contest in accordance with the following terms and conditions (“T&Cs”). ETS India and Credila will be collectively referred to as “the Parties”.
Step 1: Register Now
To participate in the contest, the Participant needs to register for the Contest. Each registration shall receive the following from ETS India:
- Two-month online TOEFL test prep subscription (third party) which includes 12 scored TOEFL Mock Tests & 660+ Practice questions worth ₹499 for FREE
- TOEFL iBT Official Test Prep Book (eBook) worth ₹1,099 for FREE
- Registration deadline: 15th January 2026.
Further, each registration shall receive the following from Credila:
- Free online Finance Masterclass conducted by industry experts for all participants, with a certificate from Credila
- Attractive discount on education loan Origination fees, provided the participant of the Contest takes education loan from the Sponsor.
Step 2: Take the TOEFL Test
- The Registered users must take the TOEFL iBT® test between Sept 1, 2025 and March 15, 2026.
- Candidates who register for the Contest and take the TOEFL test as per the above timelines, will automatically qualify for prize consideration under the Contest.
- The Participants who take the TOEFL test before Sept 1, 2025 will not be eligible to participate in the Contest.
- Attractive discount on Origination Fees for all participants of TOEFL SUPER 50 when they avail an education loan from Credila
Key conditions for disbursal of the prize money:
- Eligibility: To participate in the Contest the participant must be a citizen of India, holding a valid Indian passport.
- The registration for the Contest will start from 1st day of September, 2025 and shall end on 15th day of January, 2026. Further the TOEFL test should be taken by 15th March 2026 to become eligible for the Contest.
- Documentation from winners required for disbursement of prize money will be KYC documents and Bank account details (to transfer cash reward) and PAN Card (if applicable
- The Prize money is net of withholding taxes
- The winners shall be selected by ETS India based on the marks scored by the candidates in the TOEFL test. Any query or grievance related to the selection of the winners shall be addressed by ETS India and the decision of ETS India will be final.
- Promotional Activities: The Winners of the Cash Prizes will participate in the promotional activities for ETS India and Credila, as and when requested.
- A participant shall be eligible for the prize under this contest only once. Any subsequent wins of the participant will not attract the prize. The winners to the Contest shall be notified by ETS India
- Any participant found using any unfair means anytime during the Contest will be immediately disqualified at the sole discretion of ETS India.
- Winners shall be allowed to claim the Prizes only upon proper submission of all relevant details/documents for review as per T&C; such documents must be submitted within 15 days of notification, failing which the prize shall be forfeited. In case the Winner fails to furnish the details/documents on or before the date, the Winner shall be deemed to have surrendered the Prize. In such case, Credila reserves the right to offer the Prize to next eligible participant.
- Credila will not transfer the Prize at the request of a Winner. Only selected winners will receive the Prize from Credila.
- Participants agree that ETS India and Credila shall not be liable for any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the Contest or with the acceptance, possession, or use of any Prize.
- It is also hereby clarified that the conduct of this Contest shall not fall under the definition of “lottery” as defined under the Lotteries (Regulation) Act, 1998.
- The timeline for the distribution of the prize shall be decided by Credila, and the Participant shall not object to the same.
- The Contest shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
- All disputes hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts at New Delhi

- The Participants must refrain from any form of negative marketing or defamatory remarks regarding ETS India or Credila, their employees, products, services, or competitors. Any conduct deemed harmful to ETS India or Credila’s reputation or business interests may result in immediate potential legal action.
- ETS India and Credila makes no representations or warranties regarding the receipt, timeliness, and shall not be responsible for any dissatisfaction related to the same.
- ETS India and Credila shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the Contest.
- ETS India and Credila shall not be held responsible for any delay or failure in performance of any part of the Contest due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, strikes, pandemics, or governmental actions.
- ETS India and Credila reserves the right to verify the eligibility and identity of any participant at any time, and may disqualify any participant for misrepresentation, submission of false documents, or breach of these terms.
- ETS India and Credila reserves the right to withhold or revoke the Prize if a Winner is found to have violated any terms or engaged in conduct detrimental to ETS India or Credila's brand reputation.
- ETS India and Credila shall not be responsible for any failed or missed communication to the Winner due to incorrect, incomplete, or outdated contact details provided by the participant.
- By participating, the participant consents to the sharing of their personal and academic data with ETS India and Credila for Contest execution, promotional, and marketing purposes.
- ETS India and Credila reserve the right to cancel, modify, amend, extend, or withdraw the Contest at any time at their sole discretion without any prior notice.
