If your test appointment is canceled or rescheduled by ETS
Weather conditions, technical issues or other circumstances may cause your test appointment to be canceled or your scores to be canceled after you take the test. Make sure your contact information in your ETS account is up to date, especially your phone number and email address, so we can contact you quickly if needed.
